I offer therapeutic services to both NDIS participants and privately billed clients.
Therapeutic Services
Through my therapeutic work, we'll collaboratively explore the pathways that lead to a good life for you. This might encompass enhancing emotional regulation, implementing behavior support strategies (not PBSP), nurturing social connections, expanding opportunities within the community, and cultivating strategies to manage yourself and your interactions with others.

Capacity building means to increase your ability to live the good life you want to live. This may involve some therapy or it may involve other non clinical tasks like visioning and planning.
